FIELD REPRESENTATIVE QUESTIONNAIRE
PAWS is in need of experienced dog trainers to provide service to our client and Assistance Dog teams in their homes, workplace and communities. If you are a self-motivated individual who would like to encourage independence for people with disabilities in your area by helping to place Assistance Dogs for Hearing, Service, Seizure Response and Service Dogs for Children with Autism, this may be an opportunity to use your talents.
We are recruiting nationally, however we do have high needs areas which include: Nashville and Chattanooga, TN; Indianapolis, IN; Long Island, NY; Orlando, FL, and Milwaukee, FL.
Field Representative assignments are within 120 miles of the Field Reps local area, however you are expected to travel to the clients home and community.
